Retrieving RPS Data for Multiple Workfiles

RPS data can be retrieved for multiple workfiles. This feature allows you to retrieve RPS data by supplier, or by zip code radius. When the by Supplier option is selected, a screen opens that allows you to add vendors to the default preferred vendor list. Selecting the by Zip Code Radius option allows you to use the default range and zip code values. The default values are created in the Recycled Parts Services option of your profile.

To retrieve RPS data by zip code radius for multiple workfiles

1. Select the Workfiles option from the My Work Dashboard.
2. Select Retrieve RPS > By Zip Code Radius.
3. Enter the mileage and zip code values, if you want to change the default values.
4. Use one of the options to select the workfiles for retrieving RPS data.
5. Click OK.

To retrieve RPS data by supplier for multiple workfiles

Use this option if you have already set up a supplier list.

1. Select the Workfiles option from the My Work Dashboard.
2. Select Retrieve RPS > By Supplier.
3. Use one of the options to select the workfiles for retrieving RPS data, and then click Next.
4. Select Use configured suppliers listed below.
5. Select suppliers from the list, and then click Finish.

Alternately, you can search and select suppliers from the supplier database.

1. Select the Workfiles option from the My Work Dashboard.
2. Select Retrieve RPS > By Supplier.
3. Use one of the options to select the workfiles for retrieving RPS data, and then click Next.
4. Select Choose list of suppliers, and then click Next.
5. Enter your search criteria choosing one of the search methods offered in the screen, and then click Search.
6. Select suppliers from the list, and then click Finish.
